Do you actually not have anything else to do?

You don't have anything to do, but you can meditate, go for jogs, and buy a new video game. You will experience more joy in total if you do the hard work now and then, and it won't be as delayed as you think it is on YouTube.
When you make a right choice, the joy of doing something positive can come almost instantly. If you lose weight, you may feel joy the whole time, but it won't be the same happiness as when you eat cheesecake. You might think that you need breaks, but when you do something that aligns with your goal and you know you like doing it, it becomes a habit and the easier it becomes to do what.
You don't even notice it how fast it happens, but if you make a habit of working out, it's going to get easier and more enjoyable, and you're going to be more present in the moment when you do the dishes.
People nowadays have anxiety and depression because their mind is just out of control about useless anxious thoughts. You should pay attention to the thoughts you get throughout the day and see if they're actually beneficial to you or just regurgitated nonsense.
You probably have so many positive memories associated with video games because you got home from school, or you had fun with your friends, or you did a workout before you got on your video game.
You probably need a break sometimes, but it doesn't have to be something pigging out at Mcdonald's or eating a tub of ice cream or scoring for tick tock. Make that break something that's not going to drain you like reading, meditating, jogging, or just sitting on your couch.
Get off your couch, do a plank till failure or some sort of stationary exercise where you can really push your willpower, and you'll feel a lot better mentally. Life won't feel so dull anymore, and you won't need a tub of ice cream to give you some sort of stimulus.
If someone says something you should listen to them, but that doesn't mean you should always execute what they say. There are plenty of guys on Youtube who will tell you to play video games to improve your reflexes.
