Jeffery Vs Adonis

Adonis takes control of Jeffy's computer and puts on videos of inspirational men. Jeffrey starts doing push-ups in his room and shouting quotes from David Gogins and is now a new man.

Start

This is a full guide on improving your mental health as a high school student. You will get real scores and questionnaires to quantify your results.

You can improve your mental health in seven steps and get higher grades in school, become physically more attractive, impress your parents and anyone else that you care to impress, and get the fulfillment that you’ve always wanted.

You might remember that video I posted 9 months ago, where I said that I would quit Youtube. Well, I'm back posting videos daily again and you should know why.

Chapter 1: Why Your Mental Health is So Bad

High school is inhumane, you have school longer than that, homework, extracurricular activities, gym or other sports and maybe some other kind of project you're working on like growing a business. It all ends up feeling overwhelming, but we can equip you with the skills to take on this burden.

You can probably think of your peers who are like this, who are sacrificing their health to try and study more and to get better grades, When they should be sleeping even better and eating cleaner. If you are watching this guide, chances are you don't have that many friends and you spend far too long consuming pointless brain dead media to try and fit in with everyone else. But recently you've had enough and started educating yourself.

You have to admit that you are a Donis, a person on a self-improvement journey, and that your lack of social connection is a huge cause of bad mental health. Stay True to this path and you will come across other people who are on the same journey.

When you meet someone who is on self-improvement, going to the gym, and educating themselves, you develop a great friendship with them. That's why one of the two products that I sell is all about connecting young people who are on self-improvements. The absolute worst kind of person that we [ __ ] hate are the crabs. They will actively purposefully try to drag you back down and slow down your self-improvement journey.

They are genuinely evil people who will ruin your life. If they hear you getting into the gym, they will call you gay, gaslight you, and say that you're too obsessive and narcissistic.

We hate the crabs, we understand the Jeff, we don't hate the Jeff, we pity the Jeff, but we don't hate them because the modern world is hooked up in a way to make it severely addictive to our Primal, caveman, brain and nervous system.

To feel like an Adonis, you have to feel like you are living up to your current potential and pushing yourself to improve. If you feel like this, you are now an Adonis and you are different from Jeff and especially from the crabs.

To improve your mental health, you must take a big step back from people who are crabs and have as little to zero interaction with them as possible. Take a scope score so we can quantify your mental health and see if we made real progress.

The Uk's National Health Services Mental Health Questionnaire will give you a depression and anxiety score.

To get a better score on this question, think about the last two weeks and how many days you felt the current symptom. Then, save your score and continue watching this guide until the end to learn how to half your score.

Many people live with poor mental health for years. By taking this full guide, you can improve your mental health and make more money.

Chapter 2: The 5 Benefits of Taking This Full Guide

Many young guys are wanting to start online businesses these days but they are really struggling with information overload, decision fatigue, and never taking action. This guide will help you to clear your brain and take more action so you can start making money online.

Students who have better mental health always get better grades. If you study less and improve your mental health more, you will get higher grades and people will think you are unique because you don't study as much as them but get higher grades.

When you improve your mental health, you will be able to stay focused on what the teacher is saying at the front of the class, and you will get sick less. Optimistic and happy people get significantly less colds and flu than people who are quite pessimistic and unhappy.

Nuns who wrote positive journal entries in their teenage years and 20s were statistically more likely to live into their 90s.

The way you write in your Journal today can predict how long you'll live. If you're pessimistic or optimistic, if you're constantly setting goals and thinking for the future, you'll live longer.

Chapter 3: 6 Things That Actually Makes Us Happy

Most people think that achieving their goals will make them happy, but it won't. Getting good grades won't improve your mental health, and buying new things won't improve your mental health either. Studies have found that we have no idea what it takes to actually make us happy, so I will walk you through six things that will genuinely make you happy. The first one is called negative Visualization, and it can drastically improve your mental health.

When you close your eyes and visualize something sad or unhappy happening, you can help yourself cope with the situation. For example, if you see your mother getting unhealthier, you can help yourself cope with the situation.

You can distract yourself from the sadness of losing a loved one by watching YouTube videos, scrolling through your phone or going onto your computer. When you wake up the next day, she's not in the few spots that she used to be.

If you think about the alternative reality where your mother is alive, you would have traded all the money in the world for the opportunity to give her a hug and say that you love her. Go and take action with whatever desire you have right now.

Negative visualization is very powerful and you can do this with people, things, and even your own hands. When you do negative visualization you visualize losing that thing and then when you come back into reality you feel so good that you’ve got it again.

When I walk people through the process of healing, there are usually a lot of tears. You can write your experience in the comments section.

The second way to improve your mental health is through social connection, which basically means being around other people in this nice happy mood. In one study, people were asked to speak to a random stranger on the train to see how it affected their mental health.

Most people don't like speaking to strangers, but those who did had a significant boost to their mental health compared to those who just commuted like normal. Speaking to strangers is good for your mental health because we are tribal creatures and it is absurd the way we live these days.

Imagine you were back in the caveman days and you saw a stranger very quickly. You categorize them into Friend or Foe and if they are not part of your tribe, you have to butcher them.

Our brain and body are not that different from those times. We have a sense of anxiety inside of us when we are around strangers because we know that people could hurt us.

When you go to the gym, speak to as many strangers as possible. If you're in a busy city, you can't do that, but in the gym, you can hold eye contact with one person and just give them a casual like a casual like a casual hello.

You can improve your mental health by speaking to more strangers and creating more social connections. This will increase your cortisol levels, which decrease your testosterone and help you feel safer.

People with great mental health spend less time alone than people with bad mental health, so if you want to improve your mental health, spend more time with people. But many young guys don't believe this, because their experience of their social life disagrees with the research.

You don't really need social life because you've only been around Jeff and Krabs. You would love it if you had a group of friends who were like you, who were grinding the gym every day, who were watching videos like this, who were making money. Don't allow your previous experiences of shitty friendship to infiltrate the idea of friendship. Make some real friends with some good people who are on this path.

When you go outside to make friends, you will find no one your age, you will go to the gym to make friends, but you will not find a guy who's like you, who's on self-improvement, who's becoming like an Adonis, out randomly. So you need to use internet communities.

Young guys like us are struggling to meet other guys who are on the same wavelength as us, so I created two products: Adonis Gang, which is $5 a month, and Adonis Meetups.

Every few months I host a massive event where 50 100 guys will come out we'll go hike up a massive Mountain, I hire Trainers for it, cameramen, everything, and you can join in on those meetups or create real life friendships from an internet Community.

Researchers have found that religious people live longer and healthier lives because of the social connection that religious people have. When you take that connection away, a religious person who doesn’t really socially connect with others has the exact same longevity lifespan as everyone else.

If you have a supportive Brotherhood, friends by your side, and a beautiful feminine Woman by your side, you are more likely to achieve your goals and grow your YouTube channel, grow your business, and perform better in every exam.

If you had at least one good friend in your life, you would get higher grades in the exam that you're about to get, and if you met a bad friend, your grades would go down.

You want to make an online business, meet a guy who's already been making $500 every month from his, organize a video call with someone right now, or if you don't really know anyone, get your Discord username and put it as the comments below.

You can join Adonis gang, organize this video call for today, and remind yourself this is actually going to improve your grades by doing the action step right now. The third way to improve your mental health is with kindness to others.

Adonis Eats pays his bill and tips the waitress, and because of that his mental health improves, and he gets a sale in his business $3,000, while Jeffy's mental health isn't as good and he doesn't get a sale today or tomorrow.

When a man begins to make a ridiculous amount of money, he starts to realize that money is so much more abundant than he ever realized, and he starts to laugh at people who hoard it. He starts to realize that if you have a scarcity mindset with money, it will evade you.

Imagine a psychologist gave you $5 to spend on someone else, but you had to spend it on yourself first. How do you think spending it on someone else would make you feel?

When you spend $5 on someone else, you get a 2 out of 10 happiness boost, which is huge. This happiness boost can equate to thousands of dollars when you put this better mental health into your grades into your business.

If you give $5 away to a waitress, you get 20 back, and if you give $20 away to a waitress, you get roughly the same happiness boost, so the amount that you give doesn't really matter.

Every time you get a coffee somewhere tip the waitress because it will make you more mentally healthy and you will feel more socially connected to the people around you. You might have a limiting belief and say oh no but I'm too broke for that.

If you had $10 and bought a $2 water bottle or $4 coffee and ended up tipping the waitress who really helped you, that's a story you'll be telling for 10 years. Don't bring the limiting belief that you won't make enough money to lose weight to the gym. It has never served you so far.

When you see that something is good for you, don't allow the Jeffrey part of your brain to keep you stuck. If you just did this one two three days a week for the rest of your life, it would change the trajectory of your future.

So many guys in third world countries will say this, but if you think about it, it's always the equivalent of half an hour of your country's minimum wage. When you do this act of kindness, you improve your mental health.

Another study found that when you do random acts of kindness, you lower cortisol, which is the counter of testosterone. If you lower cortisol, you expect your testosterone to rise.

Do these acts of kindness and you will increase your testosterone. You don't need to buy supplements or Trt, just buy a water bottle for someone and you will feel more accepted, you will feel like your highest status in the tribe.

You might be thinking about the financial cost of this, but if you compound interest coffee every day for 70 years, that's going to add up to a fair amount of money over your life.

Doing an act of kindness a few times a week will improve your mental health and therefore your brain's performance in your work and your studies, and will give you so much more money than trying to save every dollar you have.

People who feel the scarcity mentality right now and are thinking like oh but I don't want to spend like you know I'm trying to save up money and stuff just understand that this thinking hasn't actually helped you Some people can't be helped when it comes to money.

You can improve your mental health in a really beautiful philosophical and spiritual way through understanding the Flow State and I'll explain to you briefly how to get into a flow State in just a few minutes.

When you're doing something challenging, you get into the flow state, where your mind quietens down and you perform at your best, which is good for your mental health. Many people especially young people don't even have a chance to get into a flow State because they don't do the kind of tasks where they could get into a flow State. Basically you only get into a flow state if you’re doing something challenging but you’re also good at it.

Young guys in high school scroll on Tik Tok and don't get in any kind of flow state, which is bad for their mental health.

The best moments in your life are likely not going to be relaxing ones where you're just doing something mundane like watching YouTube videos including one like this. Try to answer the question "What activity often puts you into a flow State?" and see if you have one.

The other part of the flow state is fun, so you get to play in enjoyable fun activities. If you miss out on some of the fun mindset and the playful times, you can start to suffer in your mental health.

Real fun comes from playing the same way that you used to play with your friends when you were younger, so visualize yourself playing the same way that you used to as a child and you'll find enjoyment in the same kind of play style.

As a kid I used to play tag and hide and seek and as an adult I want to schedule it in into my day and you can too. If you have a younger sibling right now who wants to play tag with you, spend time with them.

If your little brother is 14 years old and he's jacking off and and on Tik Tok, you might remember when your parents took you to gardening stores and you just looked around with Wonder. Now write down the most fun moments over the last few years.

When we were boys we all wrestled, we all fought and we actually kind of found it fun, but as we get older it's socially abnormal to do that and that's why so many guys will just join martial arts gyms instead.

When I was 21 22 years old, I started posting videos to YouTube and realized that my signature strength was persuasive, speaking and leadership. I use those skills every day to improve my mental health and make a lot of profit.

90% of young guys don't know what their strength is because they haven't done enough exploration. You need to try five different business models, five different sports, all the different types of martial arts, and then you'll find the thing that you are just more talented than everyone else.

I'm very strong, but I'm very bad at technical wrestling takedowns and Jiu-Jitsu, and I'm Mma I'm very bad at that striking, so I'm going to find the kind of sport that I'm going to be good at.

We want to find what you are naturally talented at and then use hard work, consistency, self-improvement to become even better. So try 20 things over the next few years and see if you are better than most of the guys there without practice.

When I was a teenager I didn't really know that my signature strength was giving advice to people, but when I started making videos it became apparent that my videos were miles better and actually helpful compared to every other Youtuber that I was watching.

There might be some random martial art gym that you join and you might be able to beat 10 guys in your first day. Keep going there and start training Harden because then you'll get that positive feedback loop.

I was quite good at accuracy with small handheld balls when I was younger and I know I'm still good at it. I could become one of the top 100 bowlers in the world if I put in hard work and perseverance.

You need to understand yourself to be able to try new things, and if you don't know that yet, I urge you to not just forget about this part of this guide, but to make the next few years of your life this big period of just trying so many new things.

You will make more money and get higher grades if you’re happier and you’ve got better mental health. Sleeping better and having better dental hygiene will help you to improve your mental health, which will make you more attractive to other people.

Andrew Huberman is a podcaster and scientist who focuses on improving aspects of your health using all peer reviewed science. He explains specific things that you can do to improve your health so much more than the average person.

I understood dope dopamine because I was watching his podcast, and now I make sure that I don't fry my dopamine receptors.

To improve your sleep, don't check your messages or notifications in the last few hours of the day, and avoid watching Tik Tok or YouTube at night.

When it's night time for me I turn off the lamp, put the brightness of my computer all the way down, close my blinds and do things which I call the this is how I explain it to myself. I only output things to the computer, so when I get ready to wind down for the evening I don't want to see anything that could influence my emotional state.

The 5% of young guys who use this tip will sleep better and make more money than the rest.

Chapter 4: How to Tame Your Monkey Mind

When I was 21 years old, I was mindlessly watching random videos and eating junk food when I started smoking weed and felt so depressed that I spent money on weed and junk food again even though I was brok. I was having intrusive thoughts, and I realized that I was the one who heard them. The way to overcome these intrusive thoughts is to label them, and say in your mind that you are having an anxious thought.

Labeling is what really helped me with depression. When I had anxiety, I would label it as I had negative thoughts and then message a friend who was also using the labeling practice and he would reply back quite quickly and say well done Hamza.

If your own mind is constantly chatting about you and saying things which aren't even rational, it's going to be very hard for you to have like good mental health so you need to understand how the mind works and overcome the inner critic.

You probably need to put in more work and take a big step back from whatever you're SP you're wasting your time on content consumption whatever it is and do the work that's needed for me.

Many people are [ _ ] and they love to hear advice which is just quick and painless and you know haha we were all amazing here, but the truth is that you deserve to feel depressed if you’ve wasted your life watching porn.

Make it so that you deserve to feel great, motivated, masculine and to have a mind of gratitude by doing the actions that are required and by thinking about the fact that you might not have the thing that you have.

I discovered the Practice of Gratitude in 2020 and wrote a letter of gratitude to my father. I was grateful that he worked hard and provided for us, but nothing else. He moved us all over to the Uk and I can't imagine what my life would be like if I didn't move to the Uk. I texted him and told him I'm grateful for all he did.

In Pakistan I had 500 people who worked under me in the Uk, I worked as a laborer before my family anything, and I finished writing a letter to my father and read it to him. He was tearing up, we hugged, and I felt so much better afterwards.

If you want to change your relationship with someone, write a letter to them about all the things you're grateful for. Read it to them, send a picture of it, or record a voice note of you reading it out loud.

Another thing that will change your mind is mindfulness. Mindfulness is your ability to not be AFK, which is sad because most people are AFK in real life.

If you meditate every day for just a few minutes, you will significantly improve your levels of awareness and be a lot less Afk. The point of meditation is to bring your mind back from destraction, so you need to learn how to lose your focus.

Everyone I speak to tells me that they've tried to meditate but they couldn't clear their mind of thoughts. The most important part of meditation is to lose your focus but just bring it back to that same point of focus.

A fixed mindset is where you believe that you can't really improve on things, and a growth mindset is where you understand that you can get better at things and that you should look into why you failed.

You probably have a growth mindset because you are watching this entire video. People with a fixed mindset would have clicked off this video over an hour in because they got bored straight away, didn't really get it straight away, and then they just left.

People with a growth mindset understand they have to get the work done. If you're still watching this video, it shows that you have a lot of great traits.

Chapter 5: Understanding Your Emotions

In the next few years, you will make massive life decisions, such as whether to go to university, what subjects to study, whether to be an entrepreneur or get into a career. You are probably on track to make all those decisions wrong.

Most people have no understanding of how to deal with emotions, and so they end up unsuccessful. The successful person creates a safety zone for big decisions and moments.

Imagine 10 years from now that you were hungry and that your emotion of being hungry could have been the thing that ticked you over the edge to cheat on your wife on your family.

Tomorrow, you're rude to your mother, and she cries when you're not in the room, thinking that she's put all her effort into raising you.

People who live their lives as if they're mentally disabled are horrible to be around, but you can take your emotions out of the Dri seat by creating a decisionmaking framework. This framework is a list of questions that you go through when you are going to make a decision.

When it comes time to make a decision, always come in to that decision-making framework, and sometimes you will not realize how much your emotions are dictating your life. For example, sometimes I've been pursuing something for months because I felt an emotion 3 months ago.

There are so many guys in the gym right now who don't even like it, who are in martial arts gyms just because they felt like a twinge of anxiety 6 months ago. Your emotions will have you acting in ways that are not authentic to you.

When you’re feeling super emotional, maybe something bad has just happened, or maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed and anxious and stressed, you can do a breathing protocol called the physiological side to calm down your emotions and calm yourself down.

The physiological sigh is two inhales through the nose. You want to breathe as much as possible in your nose and then stop for a second and then just squeeze in another part of the breath and then just exhale out of the mouth.

If you do one of those breaths before you make a decision or when you're feeling super emotional, you might end up not cheating on your future woman and your children or punching that random guy who's being an an __ to you.

Chapter 6: A Plan of Action For You

I've taught you everything I know about improving your mental health, now it's time for you to take action. Pick just one or two of the Practical things that we spoke about and integrate them into your normal routine.

The average man screws up on self-improvements because he realizes there are other habits he can get into like meditation and says to himself he's going to meditate every day. But if he misses a day, he just does his normal amount of meditation tomorrow.

I'm going to try and meditate for 5 minutes every morning for the rest of my life.

Chapter 7: In Two Weeks From Now

You're going to try and do the one or two habits and then take the Nhs mental health test again in 2 weeks and compare your scores. Comment below what score you started with and what score you ended with.

I mentioned to you at the start of this video that I would tell you about a book that I always recommend to someone who’s going on this journey to improve their mental health. The book is called the magic of thinking big by David Schwarz.

If you come back after two weeks and you didn't even do the habits, it would still be valuable because you would be able to give advice to other guys who are part of this movement and help them become top 1% men.

If you're willing to take action in the actionable steps and the guides that I've given you here then you're helping me fulfill my purpose which I thank you for.
