The flow state is your competitive Advantage. Minimize flow blockers by going around every room of your house and telling every family member you're about to go record for like 2 hours.

Don't go on your phone straight away, imagine you've just done a brilliant workout, and then straight away overtrain by checking your phone notifications Go for a nap, close your eyes for 10 minutes, 20 minutes, get up and then get ready for the next Flow State work again. Don't look at your phone at all while you're doing this.
Set up a routine for when you're going to be doing these Flow State bouts of work. I personally like to wake up super early and do my work block for the next 6 hours, 7 hours, 8 hours.
If you can have a consistent task that requires a flow state, you will move ahead of other people who just cope and waste time doing small pointless tasks.
