Jeffrey is watching a self-improvement video on Youtube and realizes that he has been doing this all wrong. Adonis takes Jeffrey through their perfect morning routine and interestingly that’s all it took to make a change in Jeffrey’s life.

I'm looking down at my goals page and I realized I start to visualize a skinny fat Brown kid going into the gym and wanting to lift heavyweights. So I made a new daily Spotify podcast that you can listen to to start your day off with some inspiration. In this morning routine, I’m going to do one second of exercise, one push-up, one mindful break breath, one point of gratitude, and one sentence about something that I’m grateful for.

If you do five push-ups a day, 20 a day, 20 a day, 20 a day, 20 a day, 20 a day, 20 a day, 20 a day, 20 a day, 20 a day, 20 a day, 20 a day, 20 a day, 20 a day, 20 a day.

If you want an amazing life, start with an amazing morning routine, and the rest of your day will start to change Alongside that. These days starting a self improvement morning routine is almost made fun of, but I was suicidal before I discovered the concept of morning routines and it was this concept of just starting small that caused me to change my life.

If you can relate to that position I want you to commit to just the following morning routine for 7 days. Don't overthink it, don't disagree with this advice, just give it a try.

In this morning routine, I want you to do three things: wake up, meditate, and do a gratitude exercise. Aim for anywhere from 1 to 10 seconds of each exercise, and you will feel like you've made some progress.

The hard part of this right now will be to understand that you are not that great right now and that you need to reduce the bar of success to something that you can hit each day.

You need to turn off your ego arrogance and see small milestones as success, because if you do that every day, your life will be significantly better.

Meditation is simple: sit up straight, close your eyes, do one deep inhale through the nose all the way into your stomach and breathe it out slowly through the mouth. Relax, almost like let your body slump as you relax, and then come back up to a nice like good posture.

Even on the worst day, you can still do one mindful breath every morning for the rest of your life. It will change your life in many ways, including regulating your nervous system, educating yourself, and being more peaceful towards your family.

I like to use a piece of paper and write down three habits: meditation, gratitude, exercise. The moment you’ve done your mindful breath, tick it off, then say ‘I’m grateful for’ and say a sentence.

You can either say this out loud like a psychopath just talking to yourself in your room or write it down on your phone like Notes, app. If you are likely to get distracted, don't use your phone.

I really like to have a physical notepad next to my desk next to my bed and just write a sentence. Lots of guys have said to me that their handwriting is not that good, but it's one sentence, write it down.

If you know that you are going to get distracted if you write on your phone or computer, get a piece of paper and a penny and have it next to your bed. You choose an exercise that you can do in a few seconds, and you do one slow deep like burning rep instead of just busting one out and saying no I'm going to do 20.

If you want to do squats, slowly squat down and feel it all in your thighs, think about 60 years from now and how you might not be able to do these exercises.

If a guy who is getting into fitness looked at himself in the mirror, he would be grateful for his skin and muscle and would be breaking down in tears of how lovely it was to be able to do this full push-up.

If you just do the bare minimum - one mindful breath, one sensus of gratitude, one mindful rep - you tick the box, but naturally you'll increase that - maybe tomorrow, maybe some random day you're going to say to yourself "oh but I'm going to do 20 reps today". The most important thing is to do the one second and to not think that 20 reps is the new baseline, because then you will fall back into Old Habits.

Success for this always equals just ticking the box of the bare minimum. If you do this every single day for the rest of your life, you will be able to create a positive feedback loop that will go in every area of your life.

If you really are feeling down bad, say one positive thing about yourself in your mind, like I'm a strong guy and my life is getting better.

Say one of those random phrases every day as you complete these three things and you will find that it instantly makes you feel better. Write it down, set it as your phone lock screen and you will find that this one small change compounds to something bigger.

Because you're going to have bad days where you relapse on your noof fap streak like twice, but even on those days you can still do the bare minimum of one mindful breath. We want you to make a new Baseline for yourself and it needs to be low because there are going to be times when you don't feel like it or you're sick. But you still need to do one mindful rep.

This is the exact morning routine that changed my life forever.

I post these videos every single day because I use the same level of discipline that you are so do the hard work even when you don't feel like it.
