Jeffrey has a skinny fat physique that's the worst kind of body that you could possibly have. Adonis takes him to the gym with a special workout routine and then this you know what, Jeffrey lived his entire life basically like he was AFK away from keyboard.

I discovered a few YouTubers that I really started to look up to and one of the guys was named Joe Delaney. I realized that making progress in the gym was very similar to making progress in video games and I got hooked on weightlifting.

There was one massive problem, I just wasn't making progress fast enough. I was going to the gym, tracking my calories, but it still felt like I wanted to do more, so I watched more Fitness YouTube content and learned how to make more progress.

I want to talk about weird extra things that I did that helped me to gain more progress in the gym outside of those very important fundamentals. The most important lesson I'll share with you at the end of this video is to find out what kind of Dieter you are.

Some guys can intuitively guess how many calories they're eating and stay in fantastic shape without tracking calories or even thinking about how clean or healthy the food is for them. I realized that I do best when I weigh everything that I eat out and put it into my fitness pal, and that when I ate intuitively, I was eating 1.7 th000 calories a day, and I was undering like crazy.

I had a few moments like that where I realized I had absolutely no idea when it comes to guessing calories or anything and that I needed to have everything written down using an app like my fitness pile to keep me feeling really certain with my diets.

When you track everything that you eat, you get a sense of confidence that you're going in the right direction and you can relax, knowing that you're going to make the progress you want to make.

If you can relate to that weird anxiousness and realize that you're probably not that great at guessing calories and how much you're eating, I suggest that you track everything you eat. I actually believe that 99% of people with eating disorders don't even know what they're eating.

A friend of mine helped me put on a good amount of muscle mass by training with me every single day for a year. We would eat a big pre-workout meal together and go to the gym together.

We were lifting heavy weight together and we knew what weight we both used, so we could share the barbell. This was good for us psychologically, but it was also good for our physical safety.

When bench pressing lower reps, I found that my weight was much lower unless I had a spot. If I mess up, I can still throw the barbell to the side, but it's still quite scary. If you have a workout partner, you don't have to be scared to fail, and this activates another 10% of your strength. This will help you grow your muscles.

10 years after I started weightlifting, I still love working out, and I make the workouts so incredibly fun that someone like me can still consistently go to the gym, even though I have a tendency to start and quit things.

I only train in ways that I enjoy and I build the kind of physique that I deserve from that which is not the most muscular but even then if you saw pictures of Me Maybe my editor can throw some up like I've built a very respectful physique as a lifetime natural.

I had the worst kind of genetics, a brown skinny fat like Pakistani guy with a hairy chest and a bloated stomach. I was born with a lean physique, the exact opposite of what I was genetically designed to have.

Before I started recording this video my woman went to the grocery store to buy us pre-workout stuff and we're going to the gym straight after this like I'm living the perfect day every day.

I absolutely love my life and I love my workout routine, and I know that you have big goals. After 10 years of being in this space, I want to tell you that the best advice I could give you is to really think to yourself that you want the gym to be a big part of your perfect life, your perfect day, even 10 years from now.

If you love your gym workout and the lifestyle that it puts you on, you'll do it no matter what. If you just want to race for the gains, I totally understand, but you probably want to maintain those gains for the rest of your life.

Being in great shape is an infinite game, and the only way to win is by playing it continuously, never quitting. The only way to maintain the gains that you've worked so hard for is to keep playing the game for the rest of your life.

Exercise is the most important thing that you could do to melt away the fat and build insane amount of muscle and be in shape for the rest of your life.

You enjoy going to the gym and eating clean. That's how you're going to maintain the gains for the rest of your life.

This video will show you seven questions you can ask yourself to change your future.
