The number one skill that young men must level up is discipline. The higher your discipline, the more consistently you will show up to those good habits that you've really wanted to integrate into your lifestyle, and the better results you will get in every goal that you care about.

You can be disciplined in love, even if you only rely on your emotions. Make a habit tracker for loving your woman and do these things every day, even if you don't feel like it.

Discipline is literally The Meta skill that will help you with all of your goals. It is almost counterintuitive to what your emotions say, but it is a skill that not many young guys are leveling up.

When you don't feel like going to the gym, you go anyway, and you get XP in the discipline skill.

People who have criticized this kind of work have said that I am some toxic misogynist, some hateful guy, some toxic masculinity, and I am literally just thinking about what I just told you. People think that we are evil in this men's space because we talk about discipline and stoicism, but we are actually spreading a positive message that is making everyone better, especially for women.

Social media is probably the most profitable skill that you can learn in business, because it gives you the most Freedom. You can work a few hours a week if you want to, and you have this modern day status.

When you have a lot of followers, your position in the social hierarchy just goes up naturally, and even if you don't have a social media account, people will still respect you more if they discover that you're a big YouTuber. If you want to start an online business, learning how to pop off on social media is a really good one. It can give you the masculine Freedom that you've wanted.

Every man should learn focus, but I'm actually going to explain this in a different way. Micro Focus is for each task, and macro Focus is for the big picture, like committing to a few core goals over the next few years.

You are going to constantly jump around from bulk to cut and you will lose focus.

Entrepreneurs have a massive Iive as well. If you don't have any Focus you are just not making any progress, so disable all of your phone notifications so you can focus and you will be ahead of 80% of guys instantly.

The second thing is how can I be more focused on the macro Example: I just want to spend the next year working on a few things Youtube and my products. If I stay focused I can create generational wealth.

If I lose focus with these products or start a random new product, I could end up having a chaotic personal life, which would take away my focus on my work, leadership and business.

Learning is a meta skill, kind of like discipline, which will help you in every other area of your life. I read around 30 books a year and I watch a bunch of educational videos on Youtube.

When I make a Youtube video it's better no offense than yours because I've learned so much. I wasn't Genetically gifted at making Youtube videos, but with learning the skills, mindsets and beliefs and taking such an interest it's made me better. When you learn, you update your beliefs, which empowers you. When you learn from videos or podcasts, you start to see the world in a different way, which is probably the most valuable part of learning.

Not many guys bother to learn and I think the reason why is because in the education system like in school, learning was such a boring, forced thing that we didn't want to do. This is why I do the hard work especially when I don't feel like it.
