Jeffrey locks his door and starts scrolling on TikTok, but Adonis bursts into his room and pulls his pants back up, forcing Jeffrey to hit a Pr and then leads Jeffrey to his desk and makes him study.
When I was 16 years old and studying for my computer class exam, my brain wasn't really working. I'm tired but I really need to study cuz I haven't really done much and my family start arguing, my mom is in my brother's room shouting at him, my dad is shouting at my brother, everyone is getting angry and I'm getting pissed off because I need to study for my exam tomorrow. As a young man I have to understand that I have to take responsibility for everything, including the environment that I put myself in. I could have changed something, studied at the library, and tomorrow would get a better grade.
As men, we should try and take responsibility for as much as possible in our lives, so if your home environment isn't safe for you to study, you should take responsibility for that and think practically what you could do differently.
Low testosterone is a major reason why you procrastinate and feel insecure. Low testosterone is a war on men that is making many young guys demotivated and procrastinating and lazy, which is a huge problem because we need as many young guys to be productive and mentally healthy.
If you search up on Youtube Hamza Testosterone you'll probably find a couple and you can try and increase your levels naturally. The people who are quite lazy and they procrastinate their wishes and their prayers don't often come true. If you pray for good grades or to make money in your business, you have to utilize the energy inside of you to make it come true.
No one gets this right, but the real reason why you procrastinate is your mental health. When you're feeling lonely, worried, depressed, eating junk food, slacking on self-improvement and not being super consistent, it's difficult to sit down and get the work done.
No one makes good progress in life when they just focus on quitting porn, or trying to stop procrastinating and be more productive. When you improve your mental health, all of these symptoms start going away, and you actually feel like doing the work you actually want to do.
