The Workout Every Man Should Be Doing

The gym only lets people over 18 in, so 23 underage guys and I bribed the manager to let us in and pay for a personal trainer so he could supervise us while we worked out. We're going to do a very brutal workout with the head personal trainer that I've paid for, and all of these guys completed it with a smile on their faces.


Near the end of it, it was almost like a meme of us all pushing hard and making noises, and it turned into this massive thing where we were shouting at each other. This kind of workout boosts the confidence of men so much more.

It builds the physique, which makes you feel confident and get you some respect from guys, but to build your mental strength to become a strong man you need to join the Adonis gang. Mike Tyson did skipping, running, 2,000 push-ups, 2,000 sit-ups, 2,000 squats, 25 minutes of neck Bridges, and thousands of reps. I bet you can imagine this in a weird way.


Not using weight and doing these high rep exercises would actually turn you into a guy like a beast mode, because your mind would make you into a guy who could sprint and skip for literally 10 hours straight.You won't do more than 5 minutes because your mind makes you into a weakling. No matter the motivation, you just can't bench press 200 kg. Anyone could complete a marathon today with enough time and cardio, even if they walked or crawled. When you start Crossfit you want to stop, but you can go for the full 20 minutes without stopping. This is good for your mental health and makes you feel safe and strong in your own body.


Heavy lifting makes you feel safe, but doing 2,000 squats in an hour makes you feel good because you can control your body to just keep going even though it's tired. This is why I keep seeing so many boxers, fighters, and Mma fighters with similar workouts.


If you have been hitting this kind of workout, and you want to stop after two minutes, discipline yourself to keep skipping for 30 minutes every single morning, and you won't feel as scared any more when you want to speak to the girl. There's a workout called Murf where you run for one mile, do 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups and 300 squats, and then run for another mile. You can do this workout every week, every few days, or even every single day.


Murf is a brain dead workout where you don't have to think about anything, you just do the exercise and when you're tired, you could sit down and scroll on your phone for 4 hours, but you have to push through it. I'll do 10 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, 30 squats, 10 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, 30 squats, 10 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, 30 squats, and then the run again. Once you have the form and strength right, you can wear a weighted vest and do pull-ups with that. This makes them much harder.
