YOU NEED TO BULK : Why you DONT Deserve a CUT | Hamza Ahmed

Younger Hamza was scared of gaining fats and frustrated by his slow progress in the gym When a guy tells me how many calories he's eaten, and the number starts with one, I feel the pain right here. When you first start weight lifting you probably have a skinny fat body, and you want to get lean and get abs but you eat 1800 calories a day trying to cut down even though you haven't even built any muscle yellow.


I thought if I lost enough fat I would look like a smaller version of a shredded guy. But I ended up looking like a normal person.

Some people with mental health problems struggle, but it’s not that difficult.build the muscle first before you can cut down, so if you are in the first one maybe even two years of your lift in career and you're on a cutting phase right now, you don't deserve to be lean right now.


If you want to look similar to me, I recommend that you don't get onto a maintenance phase and instead focus on building muscle. Sam's been on a solid bulk now for a couple of months and I can tell that he's filling out like Sam. Give us a double biter pump, Sam!


You can get bulky or you can stay looking weirdly skinny, fat and the only time you will make a good amount of progress is when you clean bulk. So don't be a bit bro, don't be a little and bulk with clean, nutritious food.

Reduce your calories, do some more cardio, and bulk with clean nutritious food. As soon as you feel full, eat a little bit more than you normally would, and think to yourself, "Come on one more spoonful" or "This plate of food is like a challenge".

If you think that bulking is easy because of fitness youtubers, then you won't need this advice and you'll be buying diet plans because nothing else is working for you. Instead, eat clean, nutritious food and eat a variety of different colored fruits and vegetables.


If your parents are fat, if your parents don't make healthy food, or if your parents drink coke, you are going to suffer for the rest of your life. You have to take charge of your diet Every single day, have one new healthy meal and make this meal with me. It's literally just roasted vegetables and potatoes. You get some potatoes, wash them, cut them up, put some olive oil on a tray, add some vegetables, season it, put it in the oven for half an hour, check it, set another timer for 10 minutes and then come back.


You can have roasted vegetables, roasted potatoes high in carbs, pretty high in fiber and protein, and if you want to make it taste even better, sprinkle some mature cheddar on top. This is a meal that I have every single day to help me bulk.

If you've been trying to reform your diets all in one day and you failed, start with one meal and make it consistent.
