Complete Home Leg Workout

Today, I'm taking you through a complete leg routine. You need no equipment, just some space, maybe a wall, and I really want to give you guys a sort of guide that can help you level yourself up and I can be a positive influence in this journey.


Next, we're gonna do lunges, so control the lunge and do eight on each leg. Rest 30 seconds and make sure you're getting at least a gallon of water in a day.


Next we're gonna do lateral squats, which are great for building up one leg strength and getting closer to doing pistol squats, which are a more advanced movement.


We're gonna do eight Hindu squats, followed by lateral squats, and then an assisted pistol squat, which involves grabbing onto something sturdy and stretching one leg out and Squadging down like that.


We're going to do four squats for each leg, eight jumping squats, and then wall sits. Try to push yourself and go to failure if you're up for the challenge, and if this was too easy, try it again but do less rest time and do slightly more reps.
